and I think I can change my dinner like up picture.
some white meat like fish, some vegetable, a cup of water and dessert fruit,too.
banana can help to digest,so I chose banana to come dessert fruit.
Fish can let us become smart,so I chose fish. And vegetable is very health
to us.So this dinner can be health and have alot of vitamins,and this will be easy
to dieting.
